Team Viewer Time Out

Team Viewer is a great tool to use for remote connection to another computer for tech assistance or to access information remotely.  A problem came up where the connection would time out and disconnect.  You would have to wait until that end of the connection could be re-established.

To resolve this matter change the time out session to the maximum 8 hours.  Open Team Viewer as if you were going to connect.  At the top click on Extras, Options, Advanced and then Show Advanced Options.  Move down the screen until you see a slide where you can adjust the time out duration.  Slide it all the way to the right for 8 hours.
