All of a sudden when you go to print the result is very small print taking up less than half the page where it should have taken up the entire page. This happens online with email and offline printing documents. What happened?
Some manufacturers, such as HP or Samsung, have taken it upon themselves to update their respective print drivers by installing a universal print driver. This results in small print jobs.
To resolve, go to the Control Panel, click on Devices and Printers, right click the Printer you are using, (the default), and select Printer Properties. Click the Advanced tab and make sure the driver is NOT universal, but rather the manufacturer’s driver. If you do not see the manufacturers driver listed, you will need to go their web site and download a new one and install it.
