No. We come to your home or office, so you don't have to disconnect anything.
How quickly can you come out?
Often the same day or the next day, depending on our schedule. Call and we'll tell you when we can come.
What does a house call cost?
We charge $135 per hour. Describe the problem on the phone and we'll give you an estimate before we come, so there are no surprise fees.

Both. We work on Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices.
