You may already know us from the Heritage Village Computer Club. For years, we have helped open the club's monthly meetings with a short, no-pressure question-and-answer session, tackling whatever computer and device questions residents bring that day. Yes. We make house calls right to your door anywhere in Heritage Village, by appointment. There is no need to unplug anything or carry equipment out to your car.
Can you help me set up my new iPhone, iPad, or laptop?
Absolutely. New-device setup is one of our most common Heritage Village visits: transferring your photos and contacts, getting email and Wi-Fi working, and showing you how to use it at your own pace.
My printer won't connect. Can you fix it?
Yes. Printers that will not connect, Wi-Fi dead spots, and email problems are the everyday issues we sort out in person, usually in a single visit.
I got a scary pop-up or an email asking for money. Is it real?
Call us before you click or pay anything. Scams that target retirees are common, and we are glad to take a calm look, tell you whether it is real, and help you lock things down.
