A Familiar Face at the Heritage Village Computer Club
You may already know us from the Heritage Village Computer Club. For years, we have opened the club's monthly meetings with a short question-and-answer session on whatever computer and device questions residents bring that day. That is how many of your neighbors got our number.
The club meets in the Web Room inside the Activities Building. When a problem needs a house call, we come to your kitchen table on your schedule and stay until it is fixed.

We know our way around every part of the community, from the homes near the 1740 Meeting House to the ones along the golf courses by the Pomperaug River.
We come to you, so there is no need to disconnect anything or drive out to a shop. You get the same patient, in-home help whether you are around the Activities Building or tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Do you come to my condo in Heritage Village?
Yes. We make house calls right to your door anywhere in Heritage Village, by appointment. There is no need to unplug anything or carry equipment out to your car.
Can you help me set up my new iPhone, iPad, or laptop?
Yes. New-device setup is one of our most common Heritage Village visits: transferring your photos and contacts, getting email and Wi-Fi working, and showing you how to use it at your own pace.
My printer won't connect. Can you fix it?
Yes. Printers that will not connect, Wi-Fi dead spots, and email problems are the everyday issues we sort out in person, usually in a single visit.
I got a scary pop-up or an email asking for money. Is it real?
Call us before you click or pay anything. Scams like this are common, and we will take a calm look, tell you whether it is real and help you lock things down.
Are you connected to the Heritage Village Computer Club?
Yes. We have taken part in the club's monthly meetings for years, helping answer residents' computer and device questions. Many of your neighbors know us from there.
