IT Support
Most small businesses around here do not need a full-time IT department, and cannot justify one. What they need is someone who knows their setup, answers the phone, and turns up. That is what we do. We look after the computers, the network, the printers, the email and the backups for small offices across western Connecticut, and we have been doing it since 1995. We are not an enterprise IT firm and we will tell you honestly if a job is bigger than us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a monthly IT support contract?
We work hourly at $135 per hour, with an estimate before we start. Most small offices around here find that works out cheaper than a monthly contract, and you are never paying for a month where nothing broke. If you would rather have something regular, call us and we will talk it through.
How big a business do you support?
Small offices, generally under about 20 machines. That is where we are genuinely useful. If you need enterprise-level IT, a server room or 24/7 coverage, we are not the right fit and we will say so rather than take the work.
Do you come to the office or is it all remote?
We come to you. That is the whole point of how we work. Some things can be sorted remotely and we will do that when it saves you money, but we are local and we turn up.
Which towns do you cover for business IT support?
The same towns we serve for everything else: Southbury, Waterbury, Danbury, Woodbury, Middlebury, Newtown, Ridgefield, Torrington and the rest of western Connecticut. See our service area page for the full list and drive times.
Can you work with our existing computer person?
Yes. Plenty of our clients have someone who set things up years ago. We are happy to pick up where they left off rather than insist on redoing everything.
