Accessing Call History
To view your call history on an iPhone, follow these steps:
Open the Phone app.
If these steps didn't solve your problem, we can help. We provide on-site phone & tablet help throughout western Connecticut.
Tap on Recents.
Select a contact to see detailed call logs.
Viewing Call Details
In the call history, you can see:
Incoming calls
Outgoing calls
Missed calls
You can also view details such as the date and duration of each call.
Using Call History on Android
Accessing Call History
To check your call history on an Android device, do the following:
Open the Phone app.
Navigate to the Log or Recents tab.
Viewing Call Details
In the call log, you will find:
Incoming calls
Outgoing calls
Missed calls
Similar to iPhone, you can view details like the date and duration of each call.
